Founded in 2000, Island Property Company is a full service real estate firm assisting clients with residential sales, residential and commercial property management and vacation rentals.

Gerry Peck moved to St. Simons in 1993 from Atlanta where he gained experience in, among other things, commercial real estate brokerage. "The first three years here I helped manage a restaurant at night and enjoyed the beach and worked on my golf game during the day. That lasted about the first 8 months before I got the urge to get back into real estate."  

Gerry already had his brokers license and began
working real estate during the day and continued at the restaurant at night for the next 2 years. From there he worked with local real estate firm for the next several years before starting Island Property Company in 2000.
