A bit of history...

Founded in 2000, Island Property Company is a full service real estate firm helping clients with 
commercial and residential sales and property management.

Gerry Peck moved to St. Simons in 1993 from Atlanta where he gained experience in, among other things, commercial real estate brokerage.
"The first few months here I helped manage a restaurant at night and enjoyed the beach and worked on my golf game during the day. 
I then continued with the restaurant at night for the next 2 years while working real estate during the day." 

Gerry worked with a local real estate firm for the next several years before starting Island Property Company in 2000.
